Alsace wine
The initial success of this brand brought us to cooperation with the wine farm Leipp-Leininger from Alsatian region and we have become direct importers of these exclusive wines for Czech Republic.
Alsace wine is famous French wine produced in the Alsace region. This region has been heavily influenced by German and Roman influences. For over a century, the Alsace wines have been winning many awards. The Alsace wine region in the eastern part of France covers area of 14 500 hectares. 95% of the region produces white wine varieties. Yearly, 1-1,5 million hectolitres of wine are produced in this area, mostly typically varietal labelled wines. This region produces some of the most noted dry Riesling, Pinot Blanc and Gewurztraminer, but also Pinot Gris, Sylvaner, Pinot Noir, Muscat, Auxerrois a Chasselas. Alsace wines with it's unique palate will satisfy any wine drinkers.
Our guest can also taste wines from a Bordeaux region.
Sauna
We do everything we can to make your stay with us as relaxing as possible, which is why we have also prepared our exclusive private sauna for you. Especially on cold and damp autumn days, you will definitely appreciate a good warm-up.
If you choose the sauna, you will of course also receive a bathrobe and sheet for loan from us. We will prepare water for the sauna for you, and if you are interested, we will also prepare a bottle of Crémant from our collection of Alsatian wines.
Breakfast
Our renowned breakfasts are served à la carte. Breakfast is usually served in the Chapel, and in the summer months, you can order breakfast in the garden. In the winter, breakfast is served in the lobby.
We can also bring breakfast to your bed, if you wish.
It all depends on the guest's preference and time. The first meal of the day can be chosen from 6 types, which can also be combined at will.
Diners
During the season, we are happy to prepare a light dinner for you. Our specialty is Trate Flambe, which is a special Alsatian pizza that is particularly suitable for wine, and of course, Alsatian wine. We will also be happy to prepare a light salad for you, and you can look forward to our renowned grilling with homemade bread throughout the season. You can also take a look at our menu.
Outside of the season, we are happy to recommend a nearby restaurant with which we have an agreement that they will always take care of our guests perfectly.
